How many rooms can I upload?
There is no restriction on the number of hotels or rooms that can be uploaded.
How much should we pay to ViaStay?
ViaStay does not charge any listing fee to its partners for the first 2 months. ViaStay charges a transaction fee of 8% of the value of the transaction. ViaStay does not charge anything for the first 2 months of signing up.
How do I confirm bookings and get my payments?
- Once a transaction is complete, you will get an automatic email confirmation from ViaStay for confirming the hotel.
- It will carry a Booking Reference Number starting with FMN. You can check your bookings using the My Bookings link on the menu.
- By clicking on the reference number you will be able to see the booking details and guest details. It will also carry the credit card type andcredit card number from the guest which you can use to take guarantee.
- In case of any concerns, you can call the guest at the contact details given in the booking.
- All ViaStay guests shall be making payments at the hotel upon checkout.
How does Special Enquiries work?
Special Enquiries shall show you custom requirements from our corporate customers which they send if they are unable to find a suitable accommodation while searching on our website. It will tell you the location, star category and the Per Diem (budget) of the client as well. In case you wish to fulfill the need of the client you can simply reply to the request by clicking on the reply link and selecting your product and adding your price from already existing hotels in your account.
Apart from displaying my hotels can I also display other products such as cab or bus services?
Currently, ViaStay allows only hotels.
Can we re-format/edit anything which we upload?
Yes, editing can be done for all hotels uploaded. Once edited, the package/hotel needs to be resubmitted for approval before it goes live again on ViaStay.
